On Saturday, the 15th of August, we celebrated the Divine Liturgy in English. It was the commemoration of St. Basil the Blessed, Fool for Christ in Moscow. The service was headed by our rector, Fr. Antoniy, with Fr. Deacon Konstantin assisting.
After the service, we had our traditional breakfast meal.
This was followed by catechism class for those interested in learning more about the Orthodox faith, led by Jesse Dominick, with Philip Champion, who has also led these classes, participating, as we await the return of Joshua Laurin, our regular class leader, soon. We are thankful to all our knowledgeable teachers, and to everybody!
